What happens when I use all my call minutes?
Calls keep getting answered. Minutes past your plan are 25¢ each.
Do connected thermostats cost extra?
Heating and cooling companies can connect their customers’ smart thermostats on any plan: $7 a month for each thermostat connected that month. The demo thermostat is free.
Do I have to use the phone answering?
No. The receptionist is optional on every plan that has it. Skip it and answer your own phone.
Are card payments extra?
Jetsy does not add a fee. Payments go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s card fee applies.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Pick a different plan any time. If you want a hand, call 480-710-9816 and Jetsy will take it from there.
Is the website really free?
Yes. Every plan, the free trial too, comes with a free website: built in about 5 minutes, free hosting on your own your-name.getjetsy.com, with your Google reviews and a request form.
Is Spanish extra?
No. The app and the phone answering are in English and Spanish on every plan, no upcharge.
Who can log in?
Every plan: you, plus the crew app for each crew member, to clock in and see their jobs. Jetsy 3.0 and up add a login for your office assistant.
Which plan is the free trial?
Jetsy 1.0, the whole office, for 30 days, no card. To hear the receptionist before you pay, have Jetsy call your cell from the homepage. Phone answering starts when you pick Jetsy 2.0 or up.
What happens if I change plans?
Moving up charges only the difference for the rest of this month, right away. Moving down leaves the unused part as a credit on your next bill. Everything you put in stays.
How are call minutes counted?
Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute, and your minutes start again on the 1st of each month.
How does the 60-day money-back work?
In your first 60 days of paying, if you are not happy, tap “Get my money back” in Billing. Every dollar you paid for the plan comes back. Extra minutes and connected thermostats are not part of the plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Cancel in Billing and your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for, or stop now and get the days you did not use back. Before you go, download everything (customers, jobs, quotes and invoices) as spreadsheets.
