Jetsy for pool service

A green pool in May is a customer for years. If you answer.

Weekly service, green-to-clean, filter cleans, pump and heater repairs. Jetsy answers, books the first visit and keeps the weekly route running.

No card for the free trial. English and Spanish. Code CRM27 takes 27% off every month.

Jetsy answers for a pool service company in the moments you cannot pick up: at a green pool on a Monday afternoon; on the Tuesday route with the pump model on the customer page; writing the cleanup and the weekly service on one proposal. It was built in Arizona by a painting company that runs on it every day, and it works in English and Spanish.

The phone

What a pool service customer hears when Jetsy answers.

It picks up in your business’s name, says it is the virtual assistant and that the call is recorded, finds out what they need, takes the address, offers two times from your calendar, books one and texts the caller. Here is the sample call, written out.

  1. JetsyThanks for calling Blue Water Pools. I’m the virtual assistant, and this call is recorded. How can I help?
  2. CallerOur pool turned green over the weekend. Can you come out?
  3. JetsyA green pool is a one-visit fix most of the time. The owner comes, tests the water and tells you the price before he starts. What’s the address?
  4. Caller1900 East Warner Road, Gilbert.
  5. JetsyGot it. I have tomorrow at 8 or tomorrow at 1. Which is better for you?
  6. Caller8 tomorrow.
  7. JetsyDone, that’s booked. Can I get your name for the appointment?
  8. CallerIt’s Sam.
  9. JetsyThank you, Sam. I’m texting you the time and the address now. Have a good one!

They ask. Jetsy answers and books.

  1. How much is weekly service?”

Jetsy gives your weekly price and your green-to-clean starting price.

  2. My pool turned green, how fast can you fix it?”

Jetsy takes the address, the pool size and the gate code.

  3. Do you fix pumps?”

Jetsy books the first visit and puts them on the weekly route.

A real week

What it looks like for a pool service company.

  1. 1
    Monday, 3:40 pm

A homeowner calls about a green pool. Jetsy books tomorrow morning and asks for a photo. The lead is on your Today list.

  2. 2
    Tuesday

You quote the cleanup and weekly service on one proposal. He signs on his phone and pays the deposit by card.

  3. 3
    Every Tuesday after

He is a stop on the route. Your tech taps Done, and the pump and filter model sit on the customer page for the day something breaks.

New for pool service

The newest things Jetsy does for a pool service company.

Each one is already in the app. Open it live in the sample, no sign-up.

  • Day-before reminder texts for route customers

Turn on Reminder the day before and every route visit due tomorrow gets one text from your own number: “Hi Ana, this is Happy Brush. A reminder that we are coming tomorrow, Thursday, Oct 15.” Weekly, monthly, moved and one-time visits all count. Never twice.

  • Chemical log and pesticide use report

For pest control and lawn care: your products with EPA numbers, a license on each applicator, “Chemicals used” on every job and route visit (the crew app too), and the report your state inspector reads — by month, product and county — with a CSV and a printable page. Not legal advice; check your state’s rules.

  • Several properties and the equipment at each

One customer, more than one address: a home, a rental, a second building, each with its gate code and access notes the crew sees on the job. The equipment at each one (brand, model, serial, install date, warranty end, photos) keeps its own service history, and a warranty ending soon is flagged.

  • Maintenance agreements billed on their own

Set up a plan: what is included, the price, how often it bills, visits a year. Send it, the customer signs on their phone and saves a card, and Jetsy charges it when due, puts each charge on Invoices and schedules the visits on Routes. Pause or cancel from the card.

  • A missed call texted back

Somebody rings and hangs up before you get their name. Within seconds they get a text: “We saw your call but did not catch what you needed. Reply here and we will help.” Once per number per day, between 7am and 10pm, in Spanish if they spoke Spanish. You can use your own words.

    From Jetsy 2.0 · $50 See it live →
  • The reminder asks YES or NO

The day-before reminder ends with “Reply YES to confirm or NO to change it.” YES marks the job Confirmed and thanks them. NO buzzes you right away with their number and tells them you will call to pick another day.

The office app

The whole office, on the phone you already have.

Nothing to install. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, in English and Spanish with one tap to switch.

  • Proposals and customers — every call, form and proposal in one list, hot ones first. Bring your phone contacts in with a few taps.
  • Quotes written for your trade — a price book so every job is priced the same way, with before and after photos. The customer signs on their phone.
  • Calendar, routes and crew — the day in driving order, a dispatch board, a crew app with a time clock.
  • Invoices and card payments — straight to your bank through your own Stripe account. Deposits too.
  • Follow up — one list of every reason to call or text someone: a quote with no answer, money due, a review to ask.

Questions

What pool companies ask before they start.

Can Jetsy book a green pool for tomorrow morning?

Yes. It takes the address, the pool size and the gate code, gives your green-to-clean starting price if you set one, asks for a photo, and books the first visit. The lead is on your Today list.

Does the weekly route run by itself?

Yes. After the first visit the customer is a stop on the weekly route, in driving order; your tech taps Done, or Not home when the gate is locked, and on Jetsy 2.0 and up route customers can get the day-before reminder text too.

Where do I keep the pump and filter model?

On the customer page. Each property keeps its equipment (kind, brand, model, serial, install date, warranty end, photos) with its service history, so it is there the day something breaks. Warranties ending soon are flagged.

Can I quote the cleanup and the weekly service together?

Yes. One proposal carries the cleanup and the weekly service; the customer signs on his phone and pays the deposit by card through your own Stripe account.
