Does it work in Spanish?
Yes, every screen and every call, at no extra cost. One tap switches the whole app, the receptionist answers in English or Spanish, and a quote or invoice can go out in Spanish for a Spanish-speaking customer.
What does Jetsy do with an emergency call?
On the plans that answer calls: when a caller has water coming in, smells gas, sees sparks or anything else unsafe, Jetsy stops booking, tells them to call 911 if anyone is in danger, and takes the address and what is happening. Right after the call you get a note on your phone with who called and what Jetsy did, so you can call back first.

Yes. Pick your trade when you sign up and the words, services and questions change to fit it. If yours isn’t on the list, pick Other and fill in your own.
How do card payments work?
You connect your own Stripe account once from Setup. Customers pay from the invoice or quote, and the money goes to your bank, not ours.
